
Learning skills workshop “minutes”
This was something i came across. An interesting way of balancing work and life processes. Simple 3 step procedure, but like Jeet Kune Do, or Advaita, it needs to be customized to your lifestyle.
1.The Big Picture: This is where you have a 30000ft or birds eye view of the entire PROJECT, which here is your assignment, personal chore, office bore, whatever.
2. The Flex schedule: This is the next step, where you try and match external (read: boss, teacher, client etc) needs with internal (Read: YOU!) ability. Here you re allocate whatever time period is at your disposal, and try and supply the demand to the best you can.
3. The Weekly Grind: Here, you study it in detail, and make an hourly activity to time table and tabulate your working.
This might seem like a very school boyish, yet strict pattern, but the moment you stopped going to school, was when you put down you pen! Try it out for a few weeks and hopefully it works for you as well!
